Spooky Stories and Historical Mysteries: An Evening of Ghostly Delights!
Try to be at the Nathaniel Hawthorne Statue 5 to 10 minutes before your tour so we can get everyone checked in. The arrival time will be listed on your confirmation email on the website for availability.
Simply have it on your phone, show us your confirmation email with the quantity of tickets.
Max allowed in Salem is 40. Group size varies based on time of year and demand. We keep your party in the same group. We do our best to ensure guests have a great experience. In the event you can’t hear your tour guide, let them know, or move closer to them. Keep the group as tight as you can, there are many other tours around town, and we don’t want you to miss anything.
Pets are welcome as long as they do not disrupt or distract from the tour. Any mess they make you are responsible to clean up.
Tours are held rain or shine. We will contact you if the tour is cancelled.
As it is unfair to other guests, we do not wait for late or no show parties. Please remember to arrive to the correct location on time! We do not grant refunds to guests who fail to arrive to the appointed place on time and miss their tour. You are welcome however to catch up with us and hopefully you won’t miss much. Have your ticket email ready.
We are the only one that does but only at the end of the tour, and only one building. So the buildings along our tour, No, but some of the locations you can visit during the day for free. Many of the places are not open to the public. We wish to focus on the stories and leave the exploring up to you!
No, this is a walking tour.
Absolutely Yes, you are welcome to take photos of the locations we visit! If you take any particularly good ones, feel free to email them to us!
No, there is no smoking allowed on the tour, of anything. No vaping either. It’s an hour and a half. If this is a hard limit for you we understand and invite you to explore other options.
We do not allow intoxicated guests or drinking on the tour- we will promptly ask those in violation to leave. There are other guests to consider.
Yes, but that is up to you. We do not offer Children’s pricing. There is nothing inappropriate on the tour but we do go into a few gory details, especially about the Vampire Hysteria. We recommend perhaps leaving little ones home or with another of your party. Keep in mind we are walking 1.3 miles and have a schedule to keep.
